BSRLM is for people interested in research in mathematics education and provides a supportive environment for both new and experienced researchers to develop their ideas.

BSRLM Day Conference
This is to announce the BSRLM Day Conference on Sat 13 Nov 2010, and to invite you and your colleagues to participate.
To attend the conference you must be — or become — a member of BSRLM, unless you are an international guest of a BSRLM member. All presenters must be members of BSRLM. The conference fee for all participants is £20.00. This fee includes a buffet lunch and all tea and coffee. If you wish to attend the conference, please complete the attached form and send it with a cheque for £20, made payable to BSRLM, to Julie-Ann Edwards at the address given below. Preferably, send these to arrive at least a week in advance of the conference; otherwise, bring them to the conference on the day itself.
Should you wish to offer a Session or a Working Group, please complete a proposal form by Wed 02 Jun 2010 and email it to Julie-Ann Edwards, or post it to Julie-Ann Edwards (BSRLM) School of Education, University of Southampton, Highfield Road, Southampton, SO17 1BJ.
If you are not currently a member of BSRLM you may join now. Membership forms are available here and should be returned to the membership secretary, Paul Hernandez-Martinez, School of Education, Ellen Wilkinson Building, The University of Manchester, Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9PL. Annual membership is £30.00 by cheque, or £25 by standing order. The fee for full-time students, retired or unwaged colleagues is £15.00.
It would also be helpful if you could register in advance if you plan to attend the day conference, but do not wish to present a session or workshop. This will help us to estimate numbers for catering purposes.

Conference Fees

Non-presenting overseas guests pay the day conference fee only.
Not a member?
If you are not currently a member of BSRLM you may join now. Membership forms are available at the BSRLM website and should be returned to the membership secretary. The current annual membership is £30, or £25 by standing order. There is a fee of £15 for full-time students and retired or unwaged colleagues. Membership will run until the end of the current calendar year or, if taken out in November or December, until the end of the following calendar year. Non-members are encouraged and most welcome to attend and should return the slip below. You can join on the day.
