How do I check if I am already a member?
Anyone who has ever been a member of BSRLM for whom we had a valid email address has automatically had a membership profile created within the new website. In this case, you will have received an email in the period 1st-16th December 2016 with the subject detail “Welcome to the new BSRLM website – Important log-in information”. Please check your spam/junk folders if you have not yet seen this email. Once you have this information, if you log in, you can check your membership status in the Members’ Area.
How do I change my password to something more memorable?
You must first log in to the BSRLM website. Select ‘Creating and editing your profile from the ‘Members’ drop-down menu. Follow the link to ‘Editing your profile’ where you can ‘Generate your password’ and enter one that is more memorable. If your chosen password is judged to be weak you will be prompted to agree to use it. Remember to scroll down the page to ‘Update profile’.
What should I do if I cannot find my membership log-in details?
Please contact the Membership officer using the “Contact us” page. It would be helpful to give the email address that you think you provided when you joined BSRLM and details of how you paid your membership fee for the current membership year. Your log-in details can then be resent to you.
What should I do if my January 2017 Standing Order payment to BSRLM was returned by my bank?
BSRLM closed its bank account with NatWest Bank during 2016 as it had no online banking facilities. Members were informed several times during 2016 to ask that they complete a new SO for the BSRLM bank account with the Cooperative Bank. However, if you still need to complete a new SO, please use the Contact us page to contact the Treasurer to request a new Standing Order mandate that you will need to complete and send to your bank.
